Job Duty:
- Analyze Air and Ocean operation activities and ensure profitability.
- Keep track of all (ocean/ air) shipments before cut-off.
- Handle shipments from pick-up customer to confirmed departure.
- Check the custom clearance on the system.
- Help to generate file profit data from system.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and discrepancies against client SOP’s.
- Follow-up to ensure timely payments against invoices.
- Responsible for troubleshooting truckers, CFS, brokers, airlines, and overseas offices through a high volume of emails and phone calls. Escalate unresolved issues to the next management level.
- Take incoming phone calls and respond to issues quickly and accurately.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings.
- Conduct employee performance reviews.
- Develop good customer relationships.
- Smooth out problems within the workplace.
- Address employee and customer concerns.
- Develop strategies to enhance workplace efficiency and achieve goals.
- Maintain an Open Communication culture with teams.
- Analyzing the Air and ocean market and providing competitive rates in the market.
- Delegating tasks, monitoring, and coaching to set deadlines for your internal team.
- Being proactive to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.
Skills and Requirements:
U.S Bachelor in Management or related field. Proficiency in Chinese, both spoken and written, is essential. Full-Time.
