Job Duties:
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on domestic and international logistics markets, using statistical tools like SQL, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel to analyze trends in freight forwarding and customs brokerage markets and identify opportunities.
- Strategic Marketing Development: Create data-driven marketing strategies to optimize service offerings, pricing models for logistics services, and customer engagement using advanced digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
- Competitor Analysis: Gather and analyze data on competitors’ services and strategies to benchmark performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Social Media and Digital Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns, leveraging social media management tools to enhance brand awareness.
- Regulatory Monitoring: Analyze international and domestic policies impacting logistics and consulting markets, ensuring compliance and adaptability to changes.
- Data Visualization and Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations using Tableau and PowerPoint, translating complex data into actionable insights for management decision-making.
- Forecasting and Planning: Work with sales teams to project service demand, analyze customer data, and provide insights for campaign and resource planning.
