Xchange Logistics Corporation is a growing freight forwarding company that offers a range of transportation and logistics solutions to customers worldwide. Our HQ is based in West Covina, California.

Working Hours: Monday- Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
This position requires you to work on-site.

We are seeking an Operations Agent to manage both air import and air export activities, ensuring the smooth and timely movement of cargo. 

Job Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: 

• Planning, booking, and routing shipments
• Preparing, handling, and processing documentation 
• Tracking and tracing cargo
• Ensuring compliance with all air travel regulations
• Working with customs
• Negotiating rates
• Providing updates and customer service
• Ensuring accurate and timely client billing
• Communicating with customers, vendors, shippers, and other partners to ensure smooth transport

Compensation: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
